1. What We Collect

• Email address — provided when you subscribe to our job digest.
• IP address — recorded automatically by our server logs.
• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, and similar analytics collected via Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
• Mobile number, ZIP code and CDL class — provided when you ask for text-message job alerts in one of our driver games.
• Game answers — the choices and optional comments you give in our driver games, used to show your result and to understand what drivers look for in a job.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Sending you the weekly petroleum jobs digest and job alerts you opted into.
• Sending the text-message job alerts you opted into. Message frequency varies, up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
• Improving the site experience based on aggregate usage patterns.
• Monitoring site performance and troubleshooting issues via server logs.

3. Cookies

We use cookies set by Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. These cookies collect information anonymously. We also load the Tailwind CSS framework from a CDN, which may set its own technical cookies.

We also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure how visitors who arrive from Facebook use the site and to show relevant job ads on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel sets its own cookies.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

4. Third Parties

We share usage data with Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) for site analytics and ad measurement. For Meta this includes your IP address, browser user agent and Meta cookie identifiers, but never your mobile number, ZIP code or email address. Text messages are delivered through our SMS provider, Twilio, which processes your mobile number only to deliver our messages.

We do not share your mobile number or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our digest. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your data promptly. Server logs are retained for a limited period for operational and security purposes. Reply STOP and we stop texting you immediately. We keep a record of your number and your opt-out so we can honor it; to have the number deleted entirely, email us.

6. Your Rights

• You can stop text alerts at any time by replying STOP.
• You can unsubscribe from our digest at any time using the link in every email.
• You can request deletion of all personal data we hold about you.
• You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
