About the Role
RST Global Solutions is seeking experienced marine professionals for a long-term FPSO project in Guyana. This rotational role spans marine instruction, cargo supervision, and engine watch operations, requiring hands-on FPSO experience. Candidates with active or renewable marine licenses are encouraged to apply, including retirees looking to return to offshore operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver marine training and instruction to onboard personnel
- Supervise cargo loading, offloading, and transfer operations on the FPSO
- Stand engine watch and monitor engine room systems and equipment
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and procedures
- Coordinate with bridge and deck crews on vessel operations
- Maintain accurate operational logs and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marine or offshore operations
- Prior work experience on an FPSO is required
- Valid marine license as Captain, Cargo Supervisor, or Engine Room Supervisor
- Technical/vocational certification or maritime academy qualification

Active Engine Room License (or up for renewal)
Cargo Supervisor with Navigational Watch License
