Wind Technician III - Graham, TX

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventative maintenance and repair on wind turbine power generation equipment
• Complete electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting on wind turbine systems
• Interpret fault reports and maintain power generation reports and service logs in the SCADA database
• Monitor turbine performance using SCADA systems and diagnostic tools
• Replace mechanical and electrical components using schematics and technical documentation
• Implement Operation Safety Policy Instructions and conduct field work in compliance with OSHA regulations
• Encourage good employee safety practices and contribute to a strong safety culture
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma processes and improvement projects
• Support the site manager with safety and environmental reporting, financial reporting, and turbine availability tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions for planned and unplanned maintenance issues
• Maintain all company-supplied equipment, facilities, and tooling
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED
• Experience: 0+ years
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
• Ability to climb a wind turbine up to 300 feet
• Post-Offer Functional Capacity Evaluation required
• Associate's Degree preferred
