Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on downhole tools, surface equipment, and other production equipment under strict supervision
- Assemble and disassemble downhole tools, surface equipment, and associated production equipment
- Support quality checks and functional testing of tools prior to deployment
- Operate and maintain commercial vehicles and equipment as required
- Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and comply with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in a field service environment
- Participate actively in quality improvement processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Entry-level position; no prior industry experience required.
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Basic reading comprehension and writing skills.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Ability to obtain licensure to drive commercial equipment if required.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding field service environment.
