About the Role
Halliburton is hiring a Resource Planner in Georgetown, Guyana to support oilfield service operations. This role coordinates personnel, equipment, and materials for jobsite deployments using SAP scheduling tools, serving as a critical link between customers, service supervisors, and coordinators. The position offers hands-on exposure to logistics planning within a fast-paced oilfield services environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer call sheets to coordinate PSL services and equipment for jobsite deployments
- Communicate with customers, service supervisors, specialists, and coordinators to ensure gate-to-gate accuracy
- Verbally dispatch equipment and personnel based on service requirements
- Electronically dispatch and post actuals in the SAP scheduling board
- Document customer calls for service requirements and coordinate load out of equipment, materials, and personnel
- Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and guidelines
- Participate in quality improvement processes
Qualifications
- Degree in business management, economics, or related field.
- 2 plus years of experience in similar position.
- Computer skills; Ms. Office and Excel advanced required.
- Residence in Georgetown- Guyana is mandatory
