Wind Turbine Technician I - Chatham, Ontario

Responsibilities

• Support your team with basic mechanical installations, repairs, and upgrades to help keep communities powered.
• Follow safety protocols and learn how to conduct safety inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document your work and continuously improve operational processes.
• Accurately time code all work activities to support clear tracking of task duration, progress, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using tools and following detailed procedures.

• Physically fit, comfortable working in various conditions, and at heights.
• Ability to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
• High school diploma (Graduation Certificate or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and are legally authorized to work in Canada without the need for current or future sponsorship.
