Wind Turbine Service Operator - Amiens

Responsibilities

• Carry out periodic service inspections on wind turbines in accordance with Vestas specifications, covering electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Work in pairs to diagnose and resolve turbine faults and operational issues.
• Ensure the highest safety and environmental standards are maintained during all service activities.
• Build and maintain constructive and professional relationships with customers and regional team members.
• Meet service targets and report activities to the Area Supervisor.
• Ensure maximum availability and capacity of client wind farms throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Youth Training (NVQ Level 1/2), BTEC First Diploma, or High School Degree with experience in technical fields such as maintenance, electrical engineering, or mechanics.
• Knowledge of technical English (written and oral) and familiarity with Office suite.
• Autonomous, results-oriented, with good communication skills and team spirit.
• Mobility required (travel expected within the region).
• Commitment to safety and ability to work at height.
