Responsibilities
- Implement health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and guidelines under the direction of operations leadership.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and risk management activities at project sites.
- Manage incident reporting, investigation, and causal analysis processes.
- Lead and participate in internal, regulatory, and customer HSE audits and inspections.
- Oversee waste minimization, pollution prevention and control, and emergency response activities.
- Provide technical advice, data interpretation, HSE training, and process improvement recommendations.
- Maintain the integrated management system (HMS) in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance activities across all areas of HSE within the defined project or geographic location.
- Maintain records and perform general administrative duties related to HSE documentation.
Qualifications
- Degree in an HSE-related field, Science, or Engineering.
- Three years of experience in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing.
- Advanced English language skills (desirable).
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Colombian HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
