Service Coordinator - Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA) using operational business knowledge to make tactical decisions.
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of individuals performing job and resource planning roles.
• Validate job proposals and review requirements versus available resources.
• Assess service delivery requirements for each job within the assigned NWA.
• Coordinate the engagement and use of third-party services and equipment within assigned NWAs.
• Utilize technical and operational expertise to provide service delivery solutions for customers.
• Order equipment specific to customer specifications and job requirements.
• Communicate job-specific details and information to appropriate service delivery and support staff.
• Create Sales Orders pursuant to contracts and pricing agreements for both scheduled and call-out jobs.
• Resolve service delivery issues and irregularities by communicating effectively with customers and service delivery staff.
• Interface with field operations on service quality, employee development, worksite safety, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Halliburton field operations.
• Strong operational knowledge of oilfield services and resource planning.
• Ability to make tactical and operational decisions under broad direction.
