Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision, perform quality evaluations on standard and routine processes and products according to engineering drawings, specifications, prescribed methods, and instructions.
- Identify and report non-conformance to known standards using various measuring and testing methods.
- Perform final adjustments as required.
- Generate reports of conditions found during inspection activities and notify operations and QA/QC management of significant problems.
- Complete documentation necessary to attest to satisfactory completion of inspection or test activities.
- Ensure that all products and processes meet the desired quality, safety, efficiency and reliability levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Entry level position; 1-3 years of Quality and/or oilfield services industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings, measurement tools, and inspection methods.
- Basic computer skills for report generation and documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with operations and quality management teams.
