Wind Turbine Service Technician - France

Responsibilities

• Carry out curative (corrective) maintenance of wind turbines to optimize performance in accordance with Quality, Safety, and Environment standards.
• Ensure smooth operation of turbines and control the operation of different turbine elements at all stages of intervention.
• Perform preventive maintenance of turbines according to current rules and work instructions, including complete turbine refurbishments.
• Work in pairs with a partner technician and report to the Area Supervisor.
• Document and report all interventions and maintenance activities accurately.
• Maintain proactive and professional communication with customers regarding completed and upcoming service and repairs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and use prescribed personal protective equipment at all times.

Qualifications

• BTEC Higher National Diploma (BTS/DUT) in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering; BZEE certification preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electrical work, with knowledge of high voltage systems.
• Knowledge of technical English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong commitment to safety culture and ability to work at heights.
• Motivated, autonomous, results-oriented, and willing to travel as required.
• Good communication skills and strong team spirit.
