About the Role

Halliburton is seeking an AI Product Architect to lead the integration of AI across its enterprise Software Development Lifecycle and drive Agentic AI adoption at scale. The role operates at the intersection of technical architecture and product strategy, with a mandate to build custom-trained models and agentic workflows on platforms including Azure AI Foundry and AWS Bedrock.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and deliver AI-powered features that enhance corporate applications and user experience.
  • Design end-to-end AI architecture integrated with enterprise systems and embed AI capabilities into SDLC phases.
  • Automate development workflows using AI tools to enhance developer productivity.
  • Build agentic AI solutions for multi-step workflows using approved frameworks and platforms.
  • Drive domain-specific model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation for enterprise use cases.
  • Apply existing AI guardrails, security, and governance policies while implementing solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
  • Mentor development teams on AI/ML best practices and implementation patterns.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI platforms and tools for enterprise adoption.
  • Ensure responsible and compliant AI integration in line with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture.
  • 3+ years in AI/ML roles with hands-on work in generative AI, agentic workflows, and custom model development.
  • Expertise in AI frameworks, LLM orchestration, agentic architectures, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
  • Certifications in AI/ML or product management preferred.
