About the Role
Halliburton is hiring an HR Administrative Specialist to support human resources operations at its Georgetown, Guyana location. This role combines HR coordination with administrative functions in a fast-paced oilfield services environment, supporting workforce management in one of the region's most active energy markets.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR administrative processes including onboarding, records management, and employee documentation
- Prepare routine reports, correspondence, and HR-related communications
- Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
- Interpret and apply company policies, safety rules, and operational procedures
- Perform basic numerical and statistical analysis for HR reporting
- Assist with general administrative tasks and support the Human Resources department
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Relations or similar.
- 1 year experience in Human Resources and administration.
- Residence in Guyana is mandatory.
- Have a "can do" attitude as well as energy and passion for learning.
