About the Role

Halliburton is hiring an HR Administrative Specialist to support human resources operations at its Georgetown, Guyana location. This role combines HR coordination with administrative functions in a fast-paced oilfield services environment, supporting workforce management in one of the region's most active energy markets.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate HR administrative processes including onboarding, records management, and employee documentation
  • Prepare routine reports, correspondence, and HR-related communications
  • Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
  • Interpret and apply company policies, safety rules, and operational procedures
  • Perform basic numerical and statistical analysis for HR reporting
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and support the Human Resources department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Relations or similar.
  • 1 year experience in Human Resources and administration.
  • Residence in Guyana is mandatory.
  • Have a "can do" attitude as well as energy and passion for learning.
