Project Controls Division Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the Project Controls function across cost, schedule, progress, and risk
• Provide oversight of EPC performance against approved baselines
• Safeguard budget and milestone commitments
• Deliver reliable reporting and insights to support informed decision-making
• Ensure compliance with standardised processes for successful project delivery
• Contract_duration: 3 years
• Rotation: 12 weeks on / 2 weeks off (unpaid)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering
• 12 years experience in multiple project functions (project management, engineering, construction, procurement) in Oil & Gas industry
• 3 years of Project Management leadership in a Major Oil & Gas Project
• Extensive experience with Oil & Gas Companies, EPC contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, or service companies
• Broad experience managing across all phases of project execution including start-up and handover
• Broad knowledge in project planning, scheduling, cost control, project gating system, project execution plan, risk management, change management, interface management, commissioning, and handover processes
• Extensive knowledge across engineering disciplines, international engineering standards, specifications, design, and execution methodologies
• Strong experience with risk assessment approach in decision-making
