Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans to optimize hydrocarbon recovery from offshore fields.
• Perform production engineering analysis including well performance monitoring, nodal analysis, and production optimization.
• Interface with green and brownfield project teams to integrate field development planning and execution.
• Conduct well modeling, stimulation design, and testing activities.
• Manage reservoir management activities in coordination with subsurface teams.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues including flow assurance and artificial lift performance.
• Coordinate with drilling and completion teams on well design and intervention planning.
• Develop and maintain production forecasts and activity plans.
• Support process engineering activities and interface with facilities teams.
• Apply computer programming and simulation tools for production optimization.

Qualifications

• 10 years of working experience in oil and gas industry, including production planning, production engineering, petroleum engineering and operations, of which 1 year is in production planning.
• Experience with production and activities planning, including knowledge of petroleum engineering, offshore production, interface with green and brownfield projects, understanding of field development planning and execution, drilling & completion and process engineering, reservoir management, well modelling, stimulation and testing, computer programming and flow assurance
