Contracts Engineer - Onshore Receiving Facilities Package

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering tasks, ensuring projects are completed within scope, time, and budget
• Review, draft, and negotiate various engineering contracts, including service agreements and procurement contracts
• Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and advise management on legal and financial implications
• Manage and coordinate construction projects from design to completion, ensuring quality standards are met
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Master's degree in Project Management or an MBA is an advantage
• 15+ years of experience in project services management within the oil & gas industry, particularly in upstream and deep-water projects
• Strong background in managing large, complex projects with multi-million-dollar budgets and international teams
• Expertise in offshore oil & gas operations, especially deep-water projects and Onshore Receiving Facilities (ORF)
• Previous experience working with global teams and managing projects across different geographical regions is a plus
• Knowledge of project financials, including cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control
• Ability to analyze data and present complex financials to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of contract management
• Strong leadership & team management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills (verbal & written)
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex project environments
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols in offshore projects
