Manufacturing Performance Expert

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact for asset teams, facilitating communication and information sharing between GME and assigned assets
• Design standardized methodologies to collect, maintain, analyze, and present assets' operational and financial performance data
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned asset teams across Saudi Aramco Downstream portfolio
• Monitor and manage information requests, assessments and site visits between GME and downstream portfolio assets
• Collect, track and provide asset data and performance metrics; proactively identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations
• Identify and manage potential risks associated with assigned assets performance
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate GME programs/initiatives/strategies to asset teams and senior leadership
• Analyze and evaluate financial and operational performance of downstream assets (CASH OPEX, turnarounds performance, maintenance costs, etc.)
• Benchmark assets' performance against industry leaders using standard O&G benchmarks (e.g., Solomon benchmarks) and internal data
• Create and maintain models for reporting manufacturing and financial results; conduct regular full potential assessments and gap studies
• Participate in development of assets performance dashboards and reporting tools
• Stay up-to-date with global and regional downstream industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and knowledge in finance or Business Administration or related field
• 10 years of asset management or related role within the downstream oil & gas industry
• Experience in downstream Oil & Gas business benchmarking and performance management frameworks such as Solomon or RAM
• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing high-level stakeholder relationships
• Strong understanding of downstream oil & gas operations including refining and petrochemicals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with data analysis tools and performance metrics, as well as presentation and reporting tools (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
