Well Site Supervisor I

Responsibilities

• Manage Halliburton contractual operations at the well site under general supervision.
• Understand well services operation objectives and take actions required to accomplish them.
• Report on and protect the health and safety of employees, contractors, and the general public from harm resulting from operations.
• Protect the environment from damage resulting from operations.
• Coordinate work of product service lines and third-party subcontractors to meet engineered well design.
• Supervise day-to-day field operations at the well site.
• Act as matrix manager for HSE and logistics personnel on location.
• Maintain a high profile and leadership in HSE through active participation in audits, inspections and reviews.
• Participate in and facilitate incident and near miss investigations, validate closed corrective actions and audit open items.
• Manage move-in, rig up, rig down and move-out of equipment.
• Direct well operations processes and manage field operations to accomplish specified objectives within agreed time and cost targets.
• Prepare a documented 7-day look-ahead for equipment, materials, and personnel daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in well site operations or oilfield services.
• IADC or IWCF supervisory well control certification required.
• Strong understanding of drilling, completion, and production operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HSE compliance at the well site.
• Experience coordinating multiple product service lines and third-party contractors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
