Responsibilities

  • Reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and service orders.
  • Writes routine reports and correspondence.
  • Communicates effectively with groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Performs basic numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis.
  • Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Supports HR functions including recruitment administration, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Assists with HR documentation, filing, and data entry in HR information systems.
  • Coordinates scheduling of interviews, training sessions, and HR-related meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Relations or similar.
  • 1 year experience in Human Resources and administration.
  • Residence in Guyana is mandatory.
  • Have a "can do" attitude as well as energy and passion for learning.
