About the Role
Optime, a Halliburton Service, is hiring a Production Planner to serve as the connecting force between Projects, Procurement, Warehouse, and Production at their Notodden facility. In this central role, you will translate project requirements into executable production plans and play a critical part in shaping Optime's production operations within the subsea industry.
Responsibilities
- Translate project requirements into structured, executable production plans
- Align material availability, production capacity, and delivery timelines
- Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks before they impact performance
- Ensure transparency and alignment across the value chain
- Work hands-on in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP)
- Manage product structures and production data in Siemens Teamcenter (PLM)
- Drive continuous improvement in planning and operational processes
Qualifications
- Experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain
- Strong understanding of BOMs, material flow, and capacity planning
- Hands-on ERP experience (preferred)
- Experience working with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred)
- Structured, analytical thinking with a proactive mindset
- Ability to see the bigger picture and act cross-functionally
