About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Supervisors and Lead Technicians during planned grid outages to establish safe LOTO procedures.
  • Serve as the reference for LOTO activities within the organization.
  • Provide electrical professional directives and internal support in electrical safety, turbine inspection, and High Voltage (HV).
  • Organize tools, training, and work procedures.
  • Identify and address training gaps in LOTO for Service Technicians.
  • Conduct site and warehouse inspections to ensure safe work procedures.
  • Maintain documentation of technician qualifications.
  • Administer all ESP and LOTO paperwork.
  • Act as the focal point for Electrical Safety and LOTO programs.
  • Develop and implement LOTO procedures and related activities.

Qualifications

  • Completion of Lockout Level 3 training.
  • Wind industry knowledge and experience.
  • Availability for travel.
  • Intermediate/Advanced English.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to coordinate internal processes and activities with HSE, Supervisors, Lead Technicians, Schedulers, ROE, and Customer Support.
  • Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • Qualified Electrical Person with relevant education, knowledge, and experience.
