About the Role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Supervisors and Lead Technicians during planned grid outages to establish safe LOTO procedures.
- Serve as the reference for LOTO activities within the organization.
- Provide electrical professional directives and internal support in electrical safety, turbine inspection, and High Voltage (HV).
- Organize tools, training, and work procedures.
- Identify and address training gaps in LOTO for Service Technicians.
- Conduct site and warehouse inspections to ensure safe work procedures.
- Maintain documentation of technician qualifications.
- Administer all ESP and LOTO paperwork.
- Act as the focal point for Electrical Safety and LOTO programs.
- Develop and implement LOTO procedures and related activities.
Qualifications
- Completion of Lockout Level 3 training.
- Wind industry knowledge and experience.
- Availability for travel.
- Intermediate/Advanced English.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to coordinate internal processes and activities with HSE, Supervisors, Lead Technicians, Schedulers, ROE, and Customer Support.
- Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Qualified Electrical Person with relevant education, knowledge, and experience.

Certifications
